Our Pigeon Plum Cottage was named after the trees we knew as kids long ago while in elementary school near our current location. We liked the the trees, their berries, and all the pigeons they attracted.

We designed the cottage to be simple and welcoming so our guests will feel “right at home.” It features air-conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi, two bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom and big closets, a modern kitchen with stove, microwave, ‘fridge, sink, cutlery, pots, pans and cupboards (just in case you want to cook for yourselves), a dining area, large living room with ample seating and TV, and a washer/drier combination for your personal laundry needs. We hope you’ll settle in and enjoy your stay with us.

Meals
Breakfast is by request, and you’ll probably be full before you finish it all.

Lunches are buffet style so you can make your sandwiches from a variety of meats or tuna salad, cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, or peanut butter and jelly, all on wheat bread. Throw in some chips and/or fresh fruit, then tell your guide what kind of beverages to add to the boat cooler, and you’re set to go.

Post-fishing snacks help relax after a day casting.

Fresh ceviche goes with a cold beer
Dinners have become a feature visitors enjoy just as much as the fishing. Evie’s evening meals include fish, chicken, pork ribs and other traditional Bahamian and American selections. Coupled with a variety of rice or pasta sides, fresh vegetables and salads, your appetite should be quickly satisfied.
